If the vehicle's keys are lost or stolen, we will cover the cost of replacing the keys and changing the lock, including reprogramming the immobiliser, up to €300.
You are not covered if you forget your keys inside your vehicle.
We provide assistance if your vehicle breaks down at home or on the road, in any country specified in the insurance certificate.
Assistance includes repairing the vehicle or taking it to the nearest professional garage.
In the event of repatriation of the vehicle, we will arrange for a cab to take you home or back on the road, in any country mentioned in the insurance certificate.
You can also organize your own repatriation under the same conditions, but you must confirm this in advance.
If your vehicle has a breakdown or is unroadworthy either immobilised, the roadside assistance provider will arrange a rental or replacement vehicle of the same category as yours, with a maximum amount of €80 per day and €600 in total per incident.
